These records were maintained by Phil Barnett, Bill Ruhland and were created between 1975 and 1985, the period when they worked in Office of Flight projects Planning office. The collection consists of planning documents for future space missions including JPL and NASA reports, presentations, proposals, contractor reports, correspondence, cost and budget information, requests for action (RFAs) notes and SFOF design sketches.
